Update for William Goforth
February 6, 2002

ANSWERS TO PRAYER:
William has stabilized from his surgery two days ago which involved closing the PDA valve of his heart. On Monday William started to open his eyes for very brief moments. (Until then his eyelids were fused together, which is normal for preemies of his age.) Today the nurse reported to Josh and Noelle that William's eyes were wide open when she came on duty early this morning. Glory to God!

PRAYER REQUESTS:
Today we ask you to please join us in prayer for:
a. William's continued stability.
b. Increased strength and weight gain
c. An encouraging report from tomorrow's planned cranial ultrasound
Joshua, Noelle, the Wheelers, and the Goforths remain in overwhelming gratitude for all the sustaining prayers and concern of every one of you, as we remain in awe of the Lord's daily wonders and mercies.
